LeadLock gives HVAC contractors and other home service businesses a dedicated phone number. When a homeowner contacts that number by SMS or phone call and does not reach the contractor, LeadLock automatically:

LeadLock sends SMS messages to two groups of recipients:
Homeowners (leads): A homeowner opts in by initiating contact — they send a text message or place a phone call to the contractor's LeadLock number. By sending a message or calling that number, the homeowner consents to receive automated SMS replies related to their inquiry. The initial acknowledgment message they receive identifies the sender and explains the opt-in. Homeowners can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
Contractors: Contractors explicitly opt in to receive SMS alerts when they subscribe to LeadLock through the onboarding form at leadlock-kappa.vercel.app. During onboarding, contractors provide their phone number and agree to receive SMS notifications about incoming leads. Contractors can reply STOP to stop receiving alerts.
Message frequency depends on inbound lead volume. Typical contractors receive 1-10 alert messages per week.
